# NavonaAI

AI cart-abandonment prevention for Shopify stores.

NavonaAI watches for the signs that a shopper with items in their cart is about to leave, and shows them a one-time discount at that moment — while they are still on the store.

## What it is, and what it is not

- It is **prevention**: it acts during the shopping session, on site.
- It is **not recovery**. NavonaAI does **not** send abandoned-cart emails or SMS, and does not replace a tool that does. The two can run alongside each other.
- It installs as a Shopify app.

The specifics — who sees the offer, whether an email address is required, what
happens if the shopper leaves without using the code — are answered in the FAQ
below, which is the same text published on the site.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does this actually work on mobile?

Yes. Mobile visitors also show clear signs when they're about to abandon a cart. In fact, 78.6% of orders through NavonaAI come from mobile.

### How does it know someone is abandoning their cart?

We can't publicly disclose the exact algorithm. It starts based on best practices and improves over time - the more data, the better the AI detection gets.

### What if people get used to waiting for a discount?

They can't. The offer shows only once per visitor, only during that session. If they leave without using it, it's gone - forever. Even if they come back weeks later, they'll never see it again.

### There are many exit intent popup tools. I don't get how NavonaAI is different?

Exit popups show to everyone. NavonaAI shows only to people about to abandon their cart.

Exit popups collect emails. NavonaAI gets people to finish their purchase right away.

Exit popups give codes valid for days - no real urgency. NavonaAI's offer expires with the current visit (true urgency and scarcity).

Plus, you get detailed abandoned cart funnel stats, actionable steps to reduce your abandoned cart rate, and 1:1 calls with experts.

### How do I know people wouldn't have bought even without the discount?

If NavonaAI is working, a bigger percentage of people complete their purchase than before. So we just compare your abandoned cart stats before and after.

### Will this hurt my brand or feel spammy?

No. It only appears when someone is about to abandon their cart - not randomly or to every visitor. It shows once per visitor, ever. And you stay in full control of the design and offer.

### I don't have time to set up or learn another tool - will this take effort?

No. We handle the full setup for you and get everything live on your store. There's nothing to configure or learn on your side.

### Do I need to manage or optimize anything?

Nope. NavonaAI runs on its own once it's live.

There's a dashboard with clear insights and action steps to help you reduce your abandoned cart rate even more. If you use it, you will get better results. But it's optional.

### Will it mess up my existing checkout or tools (i..e Klaviyo, etc.)?

Not at all. NavonaAI runs alongside your existing setup and doesn't interfere with your checkout or email automations or any tools you use.
