Cart Value Tier
A cart value tier is a bracket of cart value that determines which discount or offer a shopper is eligible for.
Instead of applying a single flat discount to every cart, a store can define tiers — for example, one offer for smaller carts and a larger offer for carts above a set value — so the incentive scales with how much the shopper already has in their cart.
Tiered offers are typically structured so a shopper never has an incentive to remove items just to qualify for a better bracket — each tier's offer should make sense on its own terms, not only in comparison to the tier below it.
Cart value tiers interact with discount stacking the same way a flat discount does — which tier a cart lands in doesn't change whether the resulting discount combines with other discounts already applied to the order.
